GLYCERYL COCOATE is a non-ionic surfactant which is made up of coconut oil and glycerol. This compound has excellent emulsifying, softening, and viscosity enhancing property. Also, it is suitable to use as surfactant and foam enhancer, and shown to be very effective in softening and smoothening of skin.
